Spherical plain bearings and rod ends

Spherical plain bearings, which are designed for slow movement applications, can accommodate misalignment and oscillating movements. They have a very high load carrying capacity and are ready to mount, available in various combinations such as steel on steel, which requires lubrication, or the maintenance-free combinations steel on sinter bronze, PTFE fabric or PTFE composite.

Rod ends come with integral spherical plain bearings with male or female threads in various pitches or with cylindrical or rectangular section welding shanks.
