We stock a wide selection of bearings including all the well known brands such as SKF, FAG, NTN etc.
Single row cylindrical roller bearings
Single row cylindrical roller bearings can accommodate heavy radial loads and high speeds, manufactured in several different designs, the main difference being in the configuration of the integral flanges. The rollers in a single row cylindrical roller bearing are always guided between the integral open flanges on one of the raceways. The raceway with the integral open flanges together with the cylindrical roller and cage assembly can be separated from the other raceway, resulting in easy mounting and dismounting.
Single & double row full complement cylindrical roller bearings
Full complement cylindrical roller bearings incorporate a maximum number of rollers without a cage assembly and are therefore suitable for very heavy radial loads, more so for double row. However they cannot operate at the same high speeds as caged design cylindrical roller bearings.
Single row & paired taper roller bearings
Taper roller bearings have tapered inner and outer raceways between which tapered rollers are arranged. Their design makes them particularly suitable for the accommodation of combined (radial & axial) loads. Taper roller bearings are generally separable, i.e. the cone, consisting of the inner raceway with roller and cage assembly, can be mounted separately from the cup (outer raceway).
For bearing arrangements where the load carrying capacity of a single taper roller bearing is insufficient, they can be supplied as matched pairs arranged: face-to-face, back-to-back or in tandem.
Spherical roller bearings
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers with a common sphered outer raceway and two inner raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis. This means they are self-aligning and consequently insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing and to shaft deflection or bending. They can accommodate heavy radial and axial loads acting in both directions.
